Marketing Operations Manager

Key Achievements: 

  • Leveraged Drift through conducting industry research to engage new site visitors to book demo’s with our SDR team, in 30 days our chatbot had 399 conversations, with 16.5% (66 people) providing their emails & out of those 66 emails captured, 4.5% (18 people) booked in a demo with our SDR team.
  • Over a four month time period 1,151 conversations were started through Drift, 10% of those conversations provided us with their email addresses and 1.5% (17 meetings booked – over achieved target which was 10 meetings) of those people booked in time with our SDR.
  • Creating GTM campaigns that are segmented based on job role and industry and managing our SDR’s to create targeted content.


Role: 

  • Managing multiple freelancers to help understand our audience as well as being able to target them and generate more meetings being booked.
  • Creating and releasing global In-App engagements through Gainsight with specific targeting requirements based on the product they are using
  • I inform the sales team as to the current happenings in the hospitality, restaurant and bar industries so that they know which clients are expanding and can go after companies that are looking for software.
  • Using Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro, to create collateral used for in person events as well as on our standard and interactive blog posts.
  • Helping out with product update communication as well as documenting it in Intercom for our clients to refer back to.

Key Achievements: 

  • Increased Sales Ops Demystified downloads by 232% (from 502 to 1,168) through social content and website blog posts.
  • Using WordPress plugins to create and enhance users blog post experience, tool such as: Webflow, DragDroppr and Elementor
  • Using Ahrefs and SEMRush to track keyword ranking for each client’s optimized blog posts

  • Creating Facebook Ads for an eCommerce client and managing the ads and spend through Facebook Ad Manager.

  • Creating content for Hoppier (The Culture Based Podcast), Ebsta (Sales Ops Demystified), Document360 (Knowledgebase Ninjas), SyncSpider (eCom Ops Podcast) podcast and Greg’s Corner Office (Ask A CEO).

  • Increased their organic social metrics by 133% (from 2,000 in shares, likes and follows to over 11,000) over the past eight months through engaging multi-channel content.
  • Increased Ebsta’s organic LinkedIn engagement rate by 2.69% as well as Ebsta’s LinkedIn Page followers by 31% over a ten month period through my content strategy.
  • Ebsta’s Sales Ops Demystified podcast awareness increased which has led to an increase in the number of inbound requests from sales ops to be interviewed on the podcast. Designed and implemented tracking on www.salesopsdemystified.com &
    www.salesopshandbook.com through WordPress Elementor and WP Page Builder.
  • Generated new blog content on Ebsta’s website which contained market research that I conducted to gain insights into their target audience.
  • I implemented Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Intercom & Drift on www.ebsta.com and designed www.salesopsdemystified.com & www.salesopshandbook.com.
  • Created content plans through various Buffer social accounts. Executed multi-channel marketing strategies to generate leads, through event registrations, podcast opt-ins and website pop ups.


Role: 

  • Overseeing Marketing KPI’s.
  • Created and designed Ebsta’s branded WordPress sites.
  • Integration management of tools such as: Intercom, Drift and Pardot (email automation tool), which lessened support tickets.
  • Produced campaigns through Salesforce (CRM) and created Pardot Engagement Studios for inbound leads.
  • Co-managed projects with a key stakeholder to improve the tracking process of inbound leads (creating campaigns, managing automation rules, managing Salesforce Dashboards) and making sure that warm leads were being picked up by sales.

  • Ensured Sapphire’s ERP system was compliant by cleansing large data sets.

Role: 

  •  Managing lead generation tool (Canddi).
  • Handling allocations/creation of prospects on Business One and Canddi.
  • Managing Event Online Registrations – Managing 10 events registrations in Manchester, London and Edinburgh.
  • Managing SAP Pipeline – Uploading 100 leads every month to the system and managing the allocation.
  • Managing allocation Reports (Reports detailing where we should spend the marketing budget).
  • Handled the integration of Data from SAP 9.1 to 9.2 – I cleansed and segmented all records on Sapphire’s ERP.
  • Ensured their ERP was GDPR compliant by removing opted out leads.
